How Buyers Advocacy Works

We partner with you during the entire buying process offering a full end-to-end search and advisory service.

We meet with you, get to know your goals and together create your buying brief. We need to be across the timeline, budget and the property must haves. We are also here to help you understand the market you're buying in and what your budget will realistically get you. This will help put you in the best position to buy your dream property in the shortest time frame.

We do a complete property search, creating a recommended shortlist of properties. The process includes identifying ideal properties in areas you may not have considered (through our access to confidential market data), ensuring you select the right investment property for maximum returns or a home that best matches your lifestyle aspirations.

Nothing should be taken on face value when buying property. We are here to undertake thorough due diligence to put you in the best position to ensure there will be no surprises after the fact.

The real estate agent is there to act in the best interest of the vendor. We are here to act in your best interest. After undertaking our due diligence we are positioned to enter negotiations knowing where the property represents good market value based on an array of factors and offer our advice based on this.

Our job is not done once you buy. We are here to ensure everything runs smoothly right through to settlement, collecting your keys and beyond.

Fees are negotiable. We offer a tiered level of services which each have a different fee associated with them. We will discuss this in detail with you in our discovery call.
